Coverage and timing

Baddie primarily serves customers in Nigeria, but availability may vary by city, state, zone, seller origin, logistics coverage, product type, or operational conditions. International access to the platform does not mean every product is eligible for international delivery.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Current operational targets may fall within a 4 to 7 day range in many supported Nigerian zones, but actual timing depends on stock, seller readiness, verification, distance, courier capacity, weather, security conditions, and other factors.

Order processing and address accuracy

Orders may be processed only after payment verification, fraud screening, stock confirmation, seller confirmation, address verification, or other operational checks.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or cancellation may result from inaccurate or unreachable addresses or recipients.

Delivery attempts, COD, and risk

If delivery cannot be completed, we may attempt redelivery, contact you for clarification, route the order for pickup or return, charge additional delivery costs where justified, or cancel the order in line with law and policy.

Cash on delivery is available only where enabled by Baddie and may be restricted by location, user history, product type, order value, or risk controls.

Risk of loss or damage may pass according to the fulfillment method, applicable law, and proof of delivery or collection. We may rely on delivery scans, recipient confirmation, OTP confirmation, or other proof reasonably linked to the order.

Delays outside control and support

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, unrest, weather, infrastructure failure, courier outages, regulatory action, strikes, banking issues, or similar events beyond our reasonable control.
