Refund and Returns Policy

This page explains how refund and return requests are handled on Baddie.

Scope, general rule, and eligible cases

This policy applies to eligible transactions completed through Baddie, whether the item was sold directly by Baddie or by a third-party seller using the platform, except where a separate mandatory legal rule or a clearly disclosed category-specific policy applies.

Refunds and returns are not automatic. They are reviewed based on the order facts, available evidence, applicable law, product type, seller status, fulfillment status, platform records, and abuse-risk indicators.

A request may be eligible where the wrong item was delivered, the item arrived damaged or materially defective, the item received is materially different from the listing description, payment succeeded but the order was not fulfilled, duplicate payment or another verified payment issue occurred, or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.

Rejections, request window, and how to request

A request may be rejected where the claim is unsupported, false, abusive, or fraudulent; made outside the allowed window; the item shows misuse, intentional damage, excessive wear, tampering, washing, alteration, or missing components; the item falls within a non-returnable category; hygiene, safety, authenticity, or tamper concerns make return inappropriate; the customer refuses reasonable verification, inspection, pickup, or drop-off steps; or the complained-of issue was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or category-specific disclosure, refund or return requests should generally be submitted within 7 days after delivery, or within 7 days after payment for undelivered orders.

To request a refund or return, use the in-app support flow or contact support with the order reference, reason for the request, photos, videos, or other relevant evidence, and any additional information we reasonably request.

Inspection, approval, deductions, and abuse control

Baddie may require inspection, pickup coordination, return authorization, or drop-off at a designated return or refund center before final approval. Failure to comply with reasonable instructions may affect eligibility.

If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where feasible and legally permitted. If that is not possible, we may use another lawful and reasonable method. We may issue full refunds, partial refunds, replacement remedies, store credits where agreed and lawful, or other reasonable remedies depending on the facts and applicable law.

Original delivery fees, return costs, inspection costs, restocking amounts, value loss attributable to the condition of the returned item, or other deductions may be withheld only where lawful, reasonable, and clearly disclosed or justified by the facts of the case.

We may deny, limit, delay, investigate, or flag claims where we detect patterns of refund abuse, wardrobing, false-delivery claims, repeated bad-faith COD refusals, chargeback misuse, evidence manipulation, duplicate claims, or coordinated fraud.

Processing and contact

Refund timing may depend on seller cooperation, product inspection, payment-provider processing, banking timelines, and legal or compliance review. We do not guarantee exact bank-credit timing once a refund has been initiated.

Baddie’s determination on non-mandatory goodwill refunds, operational refunds, evidence sufficiency, abuse indicators, and platform-risk issues will be final to the extent permitted by law, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.
